Our management structure is designed to ensure regulatory compliance and provide support for staff and patients. An organizational chart is always available for employee’s displayed at our main office.
Home Health Angels’ fee rates will be slightly below or equal to the rates of its competition. However, the owner is confident that the business can grow on the word of mouth referrals and professional partnerships throughout the community. Starting rates for our employees will be competitive to other agencies and excellent workers will benefit from their labors with increased compensation. Home Health Angels will not only make their reputation by how they care for their clients but also in how they run their organization and comply with all state and federal laws and standards.
